Trond Johansen

I hold an MSc in Organisation and Management from Aarhus HH and am a trained officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces

I have had my own business for 30 years in the medical device industry, and today I am a member of NOME (Nordic mentor network), where I mentor biotec/medtec startups in the Nordics. I also have a board education.

My strengths as a consultant are that I understand processes, both human and strategic. I am good at communicating. And I have strong empathic skills that allow me to quickly get to the real challenges and communicate them in an inspiring and constructive way. 

And I have a good sense of humour. For me, humour is an underestimated factor in all development, it's simply necessary.
