Assembling the team is not enough, it is only the prerequisite for a great team. Teams need to be developed.
Ethvert team vil organise itself, it will create a level of information flow. The team should be productiveBut will everyone have the same goal, or are there hidden agendas and divergent sub-goals? Will everyone in the team feel like one Member or does the team develop "click" formation?
How do we organise ourselves?
How strong is our decision-making power?
Am I accepted as a member of the team and what is my role?
How good are we at producing/creating something?
De enkelte dimensioner’s grænser, er gensidig afhængig af hinanden. Et stop i en dimension vil føre til et stop i de andre og dermed hindre teamets vækst og effektivitet.
Det er derfor centralt for teamet’s effektivitet, at lederen forstår hvilken dimension som hindrer udviklingen i de andre og hvad som kan gøre for at løse problemet for at øge teamet’s effektivitet.
