Teambuilding

Assembling the team is not enough, it is only the prerequisite for a great team. Teams need to be developed.

Every team will organise itself, it will create a level ofinformation flow. The team needs to be productive, but everyone wants the same thing GoalOr are there hidden agendas and divergent sub-goals? Will everyone in the team feel like a member,or does the team develop "click" formation?

Conversation of leaders

Any team development will always involve development in the following four dimensions:

Control

How do we organise ourselves?

Information flow

How strong is our decision-making power?

Accept

Am I accepted as a member of the team and what is my role?

Goal

How good are we at producing/creating something?

The boundaries of each dimension are mutually dependent on each other. A stop in one dimension will lead to a stop in the others, hindering team growth and efficiency.

It is therefore central to team effectiveness that the leader understands which dimension is hindering the development of the others and what can be done to solve the problem to increase team effectiveness.

These four factors are universal in all teams and issues that need to be addressed. If you don't do it consciously, the factors will clarify "themselves". As they are crucial to the team's development and function, it is essential that you are conscious about clarifying them.

At the same time, the effectiveness of three of the factors is completely dependent on one factor for the team to develop in the best possible way ..... Guess which ones
